You have only 2 options and that's great when it comes to contracts!

My business model is simple and I want my contracts to be simple as well.

1st Option

We will agree upon an hourly rate and make sure I understand your expectations for your event, portrait, portfolio, or wedding. Once I have captured your images, I will review each image for quality and provide them to you on a compact disc (CD). You can share these images with family and friends!

All images will be for your personal use only, excluding you from financial gain in selling them or entering them in contests for rewards and recognition.

2nd Option

Everything from the 1st Option AND we agree upon the products and prints you want me to provide based upon your desires. There will be an additional charge depending on what prints and products you want me to obtain for you.
